We’re pleased to announce that 5 new slots are now open for our Mortgage Redemption Preparation Packet Service. This service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and includes full preparation of your redemption documents for submission to the U.S. Treasury.

To begin, interested clients must provide the following required information:

CUSIP Number – Identifies the Government-Sponsored Trust holding your mortgage deed
Trust Name – The full name of the trust
Group Number (If applicable)

Important:
If a service request is made without the required information, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers administrative labor and time spent providing guidance that is already outlined in our service terms. The remaining balance will be refunded, and the customer will be instructed to return when the required information to complete redemption service is available.
